Nathan & Florez LLC d/b/a PassFlorida ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information when you use our website and services (collectively, "the Service").

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. We do not store your password in plain text.

Usage data. We record your quiz responses, including which questions you answered, which option you selected, whether you answered correctly, and when the answer was submitted. This data powers the adaptive learning features and your progress dashboard.

Language preferences. We store your preferred display language and whether you have enabled bilingual (side-by-side) display mode. This preference is associated with your account and used solely to personalize your study experience.

Free trial data. If you use the free trial without creating an account, we store a question count in your browser's local storage. No personal information is collected during the trial.

Device and log data. We may collect basic technical information such as browser type, device type, and IP address for security and debugging purposes.

Payment information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We receive a transaction ID and subscription status but do not store your full credit card number, expiration date, or CVC on our servers.

Your data is stored on Supabase, a cloud database platform using Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the United States. We use row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own data. All connections to our database are encrypted in transit using TLS.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account and quiz response data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal information and quiz history within 30 days. Some anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.
