Violations of License Law, Penalties, and Procedures

The Real Estate Recovery Fund pays a $25,000 claim to a defrauded consumer on behalf of a licensee. After payment, the licensee's license is:

  1. Suspended until repayment
  2. Automatically revoked at once
  3. Unaffected in any way
  4. Placed on probation for a year
Why

The licensee's license is automatically suspended until the fund is repaid with interest.

Read the statute: F.S. 475.484(7) ↗

This is what you see after every wrong answer: the explanation, and the law behind it.

How the price works

One payment, 180 days of access, no plan to choose.

$59 once — six months. No subscription. Wrong answers link directly to the Florida Statutes behind them — so you can study the law, not just memorize.

A Pearson VUE retake costs $36.75 (as of September 2026); two of them, $73.50. This costs $59, once — and the whole point is that you only sit the exam once.

Pass or your money back. Clear two practice exams at 75%, and if you still do not pass, we refund the full $59.

Six months, not six weeks.
Exam dates get moved and seats open up late. Other one-payment tools give you 15 to 60 days, and the clock runs out exactly when a rescheduled or failed candidate needs the prep most. This is 180 days from purchase — deliberately more than almost anyone needs.
What do I get for $59?

Full access for 180 days from the day you buy: all 700+ questions, the 29 lessons of the Path, full-length practice exams, and your progress tracking. Everything — there are no tiers and no add-ons.

Is this a subscription? Will I be charged again?

No. It is one payment. There is no recurring charge, no auto-renewal, and nothing to cancel. When the 180 days are up, it simply ends.

What if I pass in three weeks?

You do nothing. There is no subscription to cancel and no charge to stop. Most people buy with the exam already booked a week or two out — the 180 days are there in case your date moves.

What happens when the 180 days end?

Access ends and you are not charged. If you need longer you can buy again, but we will never charge you without you asking.

What if my exam is more than six months away?

Wait to buy — the clock starts the day you pay, not the day you test. If your date slips past the window for reasons outside your control, email us and we will sort it out.

How does the pass guarantee work?

Score 75% or better on two full-length practice exams. If you then fail the state sales associate exam, send us your official score report within 30 days and we refund the full $59. A refund ends access.

Backed by the law, not by lecture notes

  • ✓700+ questions, each with its statute cited
  • ✓Spaced review so what you learn actually sticks
